Cancellation Policy

At Dylan's Diggers, we understand that plans can change, especially when it comes to children's party bookings. All party bookings require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible. 

For event cancellations made 30 or more days in advance: the deposit is non-refundable but may be used toward a rescheduled date based on availability. Cancellations made less than 30 days before your event will result in the deposit being forfeited, and no reschedule credit is guaranteed. If cancellations occur less than 7 days before the event, full payment may be charged. 

We do our best to be flexible in the case of emergencies or severe weather, and if conditions prevent safe setup, we will work with you to reschedule your event.
