Cancellation policy

At Dylan's Diggers, we understand that plans can change. All bookings require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. 

• Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance: Deposit is non-refundable but may be used toward a rescheduled date (based on availability).
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: Deposit is forfeited and no reschedule credit is guaranteed.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: Full payment may be charged. 

We do our best to be flexible in the case of emergencies or in severe weather. If weather prevents safe setup, we will work with you to reschedule your event.
